This Wireless Sales Specialist role provides a foundation in customer account management, teaching you to cultivate relationships and support the ongoing needs of customers utilizing AT&T's mobile and internet services.
As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you help households navigate AT&T’s wireless devices, cell phone plans, and home internet services. Through training, the Wireless Sales Specialist assists with account setup, troubleshoots service questions, and guides customers toward solutions that fit their lifestyle—making connectivity simple and reliable.
Core Functions of the Wireless Sales Specialist
- Support account development by assisting with sales initiatives, proposals, and onboarding tied to AT&T cell phones, wireless devices, and internet solutions.
- Guide customer accounts by identifying needs, recommending tailored connectivity options, and ensuring confident purchase decisions aligned with AT&T offerings.
- Assist daily operations by preparing documentation, monitoring campaign requirements, and maintaining compliance with AT&T sales standards.
- Collaborate with Wireless Sales Specialists to align strategies, share insights, and drive consistent outcomes across AT&T sales campaigns.
- Participate in structured training to strengthen communication, sales, and organizational skills aligned with telecom operations.
Education & Experience Needed for the Wireless Sales Specialist
- Background in sales, customer support, or retail valued; experience with wireless devices, mobile plans, or internet services is a strong advantage.
- Clear and confident communication skills to explain AT&T wireless plans, device features, and promotional offers effectively.
Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
