Position: Graphic Design Prepress Technician
We’re looking for someone with a good heart to be a part of our production and prepress team. We’re looking for someone with attention to detail and an eye for color, design placement, and sizing. It’s important this person has great communication skills as they’ll not only be the bridge between account management and production, but will also be corresponding with our clients.

Primary Roles:
- Creates apparel, accessory & other merchandise mock ups & presentations
- Creates Art Approvals to ensure client and production are on the same page about artwork details
- Communicates art / file needs and changes with clients
- Holds clients accountable for timely responses and follows up appropriately to ensure deadlines are hit
- Selects Pantone colors for print and thread colors for embroidery
- Prepares artwork for print, including layout and color separations
- Creates Spec Sheets to communicate technical printing aspects to production team
- Provides quality checks and approval of production first prints
- Understands and knows the printing process and best practices for print
- Supporting with internal branding and graphic design as needed
Desired Education/Experience/Skills
This person must have great email communication skills. They must be comfortable operating a Mac/Apple computer and be well versed in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. They should be an organized individual with an excellent attention to detail.
Position Type: Full Time Hourly (~40hr/week)
This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly, benefits eligible position. The scheduled hours are planned to be at 40 hours/week.
Starting Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hour. This position’s pay will be based on the candidate's experience/qualifications.

Please note this is not a remote position, we will require this individual work in-person at 2510 Alpine Road Eau Claire, WI 54703. We are based in Eau Claire, WI and would like this position to be filled by someone living in Eau Claire (or the surrounding area).
