Your impact- Commission multi-vendor HVAC equipment for air conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management applications.
- Diagnose and repair commercial systems including rooftop packaged units and water-source heat pumps.
- Execute preventive maintenance routines and support equipment retrofits.
- Document work clearly and keep customers informed.
- We’re a fast-growing team focused on optimizing complex building HVAC systems.
- Our expertise spans new construction through ongoing operations: start-up, PMs, break/fix, and retrofits.
- You’ll collaborate with industry-leading professionals known for cost-effective, practical solutions.
- Service territory: Hudson, Ohio area.
- 5 years of commercial HVAC field experience.
- Deep familiarity with commercial A/C and heating systems, water-source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged systems.
- Proven start-up/commissioning experience.
- Experience mentoring peers or apprentices.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Clean driving record and your own hand tools.
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Master HVAC-R credential is a plus.
- Manufacturer certifications (Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster, etc.) preferred.
- Self-directed, organized, and an excellent communicator.
