About the Company

To support our growing export and marketing operations, we are looking for a smart and responsible Export Documentation & Marketing Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete export documentation (pre-shipment & post-shipment).
- Prepare export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Manage email communication with international buyers, agents, and service providers.
- Assist in export marketing activities, buyer follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
- Maintain basic accounting entries related to sales, purchases, bank transactions, and GST.
- Work on Tally accounting software for day-to-day accounts handling.
- Support management with export data, reports, and documentation compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Com or BBA (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years in export documentation, export marketing, or related field (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounts, GST, and Tally.
- Skills:
- Good email drafting and communication skills (English).
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
