Position Summary

The Luxury Stylist & Sales Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals. This role serves as a trusted style advisor, relationship builder, and brand ambassador who creates loyal clients through personalized service and expert styling.

The ideal candidate is driven, confident, service-oriented, and passionate about helping women look and feel their best. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by performance and results.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Clienteling

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong personal client book through outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Proactively connect with clients through phone calls, text messaging, email, social media, and in-store appointments.
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional service and personalized styling.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to strengthen customer relationships and increase loyalty.
  • Consistently grow key performance metrics, including average dollar sale, units per transaction, and client retention.

Luxury Client Experience

  • Deliver a best-in-class luxury shopping experience for every client.
  • Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge.
  • Build trust through genuine relationships and personalized recommendations.
  • Create memorable experiences that inspire long-term customer loyalty.
  • Represent the Ambiance brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Analyze personal sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support store sales initiatives, promotions, and events.
  • Share customer feedback and product insights with the Buying Team.
  • Stay informed on current fashion trends, luxury brands, and industry developments.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Create engaging content that supports brand awareness and store traffic.
  • Highlight new arrivals, styling inspiration, events, and promotions.
  • Engage with customers online to strengthen relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Participate in community events and marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Operational Excellence

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Become proficient in company systems and clienteling tools.
  • Support inventory management, receiving, and daily operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1 years of retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Proven ability or strong desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury products, and styling.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Social media experience is a plus.
