Position Overview:
As a Store Manager at Ambiance, you will take on the responsibility of leading and growing one of our retail locations. You’ll be accountable for every aspect of the store’s performance, from driving sales and managing payroll to developing and inspiring your team. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance operational efficiency with delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as a mentor, coach, and motivator for your team while ensuring the store consistently reflects Ambiance’s brand standards and values. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion retail.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, sales, and compliance.
- Set clear performance expectations and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Build a positive store culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Ensure accurate execution of visual merchandising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain inventory controls, loss prevention strategies, and operational standards.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members who align with Ambiance’s values.
- Act as the key decision-maker for resolving customer concerns and operational issues.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 2 years of retail management experience (store manager or assistant manager).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational goals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
