Filter Cleaning Technician Non-Exempt
PurposeDeliver exceptional recurring filter cleaning services by maintaining customer filtration systems, ensuring route efficiency, supporting customer retention, and protecting equipment performance. This role is responsible for completing scheduled services safely, accurately, and on time while providing a positive customer experience and maintaining company assets.
Key Contributions- Perform recurring filter cleaning services according to established schedules and company service standards.
- Thoroughly clean, inspect, and reassemble filtration systems to ensure proper operation and equipment performance.
- Maintain route efficiency and ensure scheduled customer services are completed on time.
- Accurately document completed services, equipment conditions, and customer needs within company software systems.
- Identify and communicate repair, maintenance, or service opportunities to management.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, chemicals, and inventory required to perform daily service activities.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and weekly truck inspections while reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers during each service visit.
- Follow all company safety procedures, vehicle safety requirements, and operational standards.
- Improves customer retention through consistent, high-quality recurring maintenance services.
- Protects customer equipment by ensuring filtration systems are cleaned, maintained, and operating properly.
- Supports branch profitability through efficient route completion and proactive identification of service needs.
- Enhance customer experience by delivering reliable, professional service at every visit.
