Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers through effective communication, relationship building, and a consultative sales approach. You will handle inbound and warm outbound prospects, present solutions tailored to client needs, and close deals in alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of pre-qualified leads and guide them through the sales process to close.
• Conduct high-impact sales presentations
• Understand customer needs, address objections, and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize the sales funnel.
• Follow up with prospective clients in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or closing role.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
