What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll:

• Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Build relationships with new customers while educating them on products and services.
• Generate new business and help expand market share.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first conversation through enrollment.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in daily sales training, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team focused on continuous growth and success.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a competitive mindset.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
