Duties

- Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Provide instructional leadership by mentoring nursing staff, fostering professional development, and promoting best practices.

Requirements
- Valid RN LICENSURE REQUIRED
- Valid state nursing license with current registration; additional certifications in healthcare management are advantageous.
- Proven experience in school or healthcare administration, including management roles within educational or clinical settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management.
- Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs or school-based health services.
