Sales Development Representative (aka SDR, BDR)

The Position:
- A fast-paced, target-led SDR position focused on outbound activity and top-of-funnel pipeline creation. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective customers, shaping their early experience and qualifying strong opportunities for the sales organisation.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Research and classify accounts against the company’s ICP.
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, emails, and targeted outreach.
- Engage and nurture key stakeholders within priority accounts.
- Identify decision-makers and assess buying readiness, pain points, and timelines.
- Deliver strong first impressions that set the tone for the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Attend events and conferences as required to represent the business and drive new opportunities.
Required Experience:
- Either recent graduates with clear hunger, resilience, and drive to succeed in sales.
- Or proven sales experience in any field: Recruitment, Real Estate, Telesales, Membership Sales, face-to-face sales, etc.
- Confident communication skills across phone, email, and social channels.
- Highly organised with strong time management and follow-through.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Motivated by targets, personal performance, and financial reward.
- Cold-calling or outbound experience is preferred but not required if you are hungry and coachable.
