Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- 4 days onsite - Lisle, IL
- On Call Rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across WAN, LAN, and Voice, and Virtualization environments
- Administer Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless)
- Administer Palo Alto network firewalls
- Manage Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
- Support Microsoft Teams voice and telephony (Auto Attendants, Call Queues, Operator Connect)
- Support Hyper-V virtualization environment
- Administer and support Windows Server (2019-2022), including:
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- File Services / DFS
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of branch outages (ISP, VPN, voice), ensuring timely service restoration
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts (including after-hours)
- Manage vendors, ISPs, and service providers
- Perform patching and upgrades of systems
- Maintain enterprise backup, DR, and storage platforms
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and off-hours support
- Maintain technical documentation
- Assist with infrastructure projects, migrations, and acquisitions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and standards
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of infrastructure engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless), including experience with VPN technologies such as DMVPN and IPsec tunnels
- Palo Alto firewalls
- Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra / MS Teams Phones
- Windows Servers (2019-2022)
- Hyper-V Virtualization
- Experience supporting multi-site environments
- Experience working with ISPs and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
