- High Ownership: Ability to design and implement scalable systems end-to-end independently. Understand and define requirements, and write clean code.
- Customers First: Engage closely with customers to understand requests, and ship solutions working closely with product and AI engs.
- Operations: Be obsessed about operations and strive to ensure that there is minimal to no downtime or impact to the customer ever.
- Bias for action: Ability to work and ship in a fast paced environment with weekly deliverables. Founder mindset to work with minimal direction.
- Be Curious: Curious to learn, work hard and possess a growth mindset.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
- Curious, hard working, eager to learn. Excited about working in an early-stage environment.
- Tech stack: Next.js, React, Prisma, Supabase, REST, GraphQL, LLMs.
- Bonus points:
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.
- Track record building and scaling platform systems.
- Understanding of LLM models.
