We run a fast-paced shop where no two days are the same—team members are cross-trained and play a key role in keeping production moving smoothly.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting all areas of production including screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl/signage work.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screen printing production (press operation, loading/unloading garments, ink setup)
- Operate and assist with embroidery machines (hooping garments, trimming, monitoring runs)
- Produce and apply vinyl graphics and signage (weeding, masking, application to substrates)
- Operate heat press equipment for transfers and specialty applications
- Prep jobs for production (counting garments, staging orders, organizing materials)
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Fold, package, and prepare finished orders for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support inventory tracking and shop organization
Qualifications:
- Experience in screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, or production work preferred (but we will train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical mindset or hands-on skills are a plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow processes and contribute to improving them
