Evening Dishwasher

Amber Ox Public House is a farm-to-table restaurant and brewery in the heart of Williamsburg. We take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, locally sourced food, and a positive, team-driven environment.

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen crew!

Schedule:

• Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – Close (typically 10:30 PM–11:30 PM)
• Flexible availability — full-time or part-time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish and prep areas
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and closing duties
• Support chefs and line cooks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
