Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking married couple (preferred) to manage our small, independent motel in Bliss. This is a full-time, live-in position perfect for a team ready to handle daily operations together in a quiet, rural setting.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and handling guest inquiries
- Taking reservations (phone, online, walk-ins)
- Checking guests in and out
- General facility management and caretaking (light cleaning, grounds upkeep)
- Handling motel laundry
- Basic bookkeeping and office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Married couples strongly preferred – ideal for sharing duties and 24/7 availability
- Hands-on maintenance skills: Ability to perform minor repairs like snaking clogged toilets, unclogging drains, replacing leaky sinks/faucets, and general room upkeep
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking reservations, expenses, and reports
- Friendly, customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to live on-site (must be available for occasional after-hours needs)
- Previous motel/hotel experience a plus, but willing to train the right team
