Position: Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Winslow, AZ
Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 12 PM to 12 AM (12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week)
Start Date: 05/19/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency care in a 13-bed ER.
• May occasionally float to Med Surg (21 beds, low acuity, 5:1 ratio).
• Triage patients, manage emergency care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adapt to working in a rural Critical Access Hospital environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Active RN License (we are willing to wait for AZ license)
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred

Compensation:

• Total Weekly Gross: $2,307
• Hourly Breakdown: $64.08/hour
• W2 (Taxable): $21.50/hour
• Stipends (Housing & Meals): $1,533/week
• OT W2 Rate: $32.25/hour

Additional Info:

• Small rural facility experience highly valued
• Trauma Level: Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Block scheduling usually not honored
• Orientation available
