# Registered Nurse

Quick offer: RN - Med-Surg- $1832/week Gross weekly
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift: Nights/Days

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
  • Assess patient vital signs and respond promptly to cardiac changes or emergencies
  • Administer medications and coordinate care with physicians and care teams
  • Document patient status, telemetry findings, and nursing interventions

Requirement:
RN Active License required.
BLS , ACLS, NRP & AWHONN
Minimum 2 years of experience required.

Pay: $1,832.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
