Locum Radiologist – Richmond, IN (Onsite) | No Call, No Weekends, ER-Focused

Location: Richmond, Indiana (Onsite – NOT remote)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-min unpaid lunch) | No Call | No Weekends

Contract Type: Locum Tenens – Multiple assignments available

The Opportunity:

Reid Health (220 bed, Level III Trauma Center) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiologist for onsite locum coverage in Richmond, IN. This role is heavily focused on STAT reads from the ER, with a flexible, supportive environment—you’ll never be alone, working alongside 1–3 other radiologists daily.

Clinical Details:

• Volume: 50–90 exams/day (as many as you can complete)
• Focus: Plain films & CT – primarily ER STATS
• Optional: Ultrasound or MRI
• Support: Always 1–3 other radiologists onsite

Compensation & Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8.5 hrs paid at regular rate, 30-min unpaid lunch)
• OT paid after 4:00 PM
• Hours tracked in Vemsta platform

Requirements:

• Active IN State License OR IMLC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification within 5 years of residency)
• 2 years of experience
• Clean background, no NPDB concerns
• BLS (required)
• Flu & Covid vaccination (medical/religious exemption accepted)
• Fully credentialed with a locum agency
• Drive-in candidate preferred (onsite only)
