Pharmacy Technician | 13-Week Contract | Hawaii

Location: Waimea, HI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, schedule may vary across 7 days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Prepare IV medications and sterile compounds (as per guidelines)
- Maintain medication inventory and stock automated dispensing systems
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and delivery of medications
- Follow strict safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
- Support daily pharmacy operations including answering calls and coordinating requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (State of Hawaii)
- Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
- Knowledge of sterile compounding and medication handling
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Salary : $40 - $45
