- Lead Exceptional Production Experiences by overseeing audio, video, lighting, livestream, and technical execution for services and major events while ensuring quality, reliability, and smooth operation.
- Build and Develop High-Performing Teams through recruiting, training, scheduling, and mentoring volunteers and leaders, creating sustainable systems that empower others to thrive.
- Drive Creative and Technical Innovation by managing digital content, production systems, equipment, and strategic improvements that enhance engagement and support the church's vision.
- Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to develop teams, empower others, and navigate conflict with wisdom and grace.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Who are you?
- Previous production experience is a must.
- Current portfolio of current or past projects.
- Experience with previous programs such as Adobe Programs, Behringer X32, Blackmagic ATEM, DMX Systems, ProPresenter.
- Creative thinker with a pulse on all the full cycle of Production.
- Organized, collaborative, and energized by fast-moving environments.
- Mix of college education as well as experience.
- Previous management experience.
