Compensation: $77,000 - $95,000 (experience and market dependent) with $5,000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitations goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, using evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely documentation within EMR systems
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation best practices
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity
• Contribute to a postive, team-oriented clinic environment

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (new graduates welcome)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
