Production Technician

Pay: $14.28 per hour

Available Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5:30 PM, or 7:30 PM (Monday-Friday with occasional weekends)

Mid Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 1:30 AM (Monday-Friday with occasional weekends)

Overtime may be available based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting daily production operations by safely operating equipment, handling materials, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, moving, organizing, and preparing materials throughout the production area, performing minor equipment adjustments as needed, monitoring equipment to ensure quality and compliance with operating procedures, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company safety policies and standard operating procedures, responding appropriately to safety and emergency procedures when necessary, and occasionally operating a forklift (training provided if applicable).

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable individuals who work well independently and as part of a team, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, can adapt to changing production needs, make sound decisions while maintaining quality and safety, and communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.

Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, or production environments is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

Must pass a background check and any required pre-employment screenings.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Ability to work overtime, rotating schedules, and occasional weekends.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including uneven surfaces.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Safety Equipment Required

Safety is our top priority. Employees may be required to wear steel-toe boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, cotton or fire-resistant coveralls, a full-face respirator (occasionally), and additional PPE including Tyvek/Tychem suits, aprons, face shields, sleeves, and other protective equipment as needed.
