Ambassador Personnel is looking for experienced Order Selectors to join a hardworking team in a traditional warehouse environment. What You’ll Do:
Select 100-140 items per hour once fully trained
Build orders ranging from 40-piece picks to large restaurant chain orders exceeding 100 pieces
Operate an electric pallet jack (required) and stand-up reach truck (preferred)
Work in a traditional warehouse with no conveyor belts
Move constantly throughout the facility, expect to be on your feet 10–12 hours per shift
Lift to 50 lbs repeatedly
Maintain accuracy, speed, and safety while selecting, stacking, and staging orders
Work in cold/wet environments and supply your own PPE (jacket, gloves, etc.)
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and safe operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a traditional warehouse setting (no conveyor systems)
Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience, preferred warehouse experience required
Electric pallet jack experience required; reach truck experience preferred
Ability to meet performance expectations:
Around 80 -100 pieces per hour after 4 weeks
100 pieces per hour after 6 weeks
Strong spatial awareness and the ability to navigate safely in a constantly moving environment
Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Strong attendance history—previous employers should show at least 6 months of consistent work over the past 2 years
Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work hard
