Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of passenger and cargo vans, including shuttle buses, SUV's and non medical transport vans.
- Follow designated routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure punctual deliveries and pickups.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during all driving activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, provide updates, and address any special requirements or concerns.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery records for compliance and reporting purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role involving vans or passenger vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of local driving routes, GPS navigation tools, and traffic regulations.
- Experience operating various passenger vehicles such as shuttle buses, limousines, or school buses is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Familiarity with non- medical transportation services or paratransit operations is a plus.
- Sound understanding of vehicle maintenance routines and safety protocols to ensure reliable operation at all times.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
