Northern California | Structural Demolition & Heavy Civil | $130,000–$180,000 DOE
A well-established Northern California contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead structural demolition and heavy civil projects throughout the region.
The work includes bridges, wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and other complex infrastructure projects. Most projects are around $500K, while larger bridge work typically ranges from $1.5M to $3M.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning a project from contract award through closeout. You’ll work alongside experienced field superintendents while taking responsibility for the contract, project budget, schedule, change orders, and client relationship.

What They Are Looking For
• Project management experience in structural demolition, heavy civil, bridges, industrial, wastewater, earthwork, or similar infrastructure work
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Comfortable working directly with owners, clients, and field teams
• Experience with Caltrans or other public-agency work is a plus
• Procore experience is helpful but not required
Location
Candidates must live in Northern California. The role includes a mix of job-site, client, and office time, with Roseville or Stockton serving as the preferred base office.
