What you'll own:
- Disciplined execution of the core delivery system across all active projects: RFIs, submittals, PCAs, schedule updates, budget updates, and weekly client communications
- Draw package and billing review for alignment to progress and scope, preventing premature or inaccurate billing
- Early detection of scope gaps, procurement risks, and schedule threats with clear options for resolution
- Schedule oversight: realistic, current, and actively used with lookaheads and constraint management
- OAC and client-facing meetings: decisions, owners, and follow-ups documented
- Quality standards across teams so craftsmanship is consistent, not personality-dependent
- Direct coaching and mentorship of PMs and Superintendents on documentation, cadence, client management, and accountability
- Stepping in to unblock stuck or under-resourced situations without becoming the permanent bottleneck
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated success leading complex construction delivery with high client expectations, luxury custom residential strongly preferred
- Fluency in both field execution and project management discipline: budget, schedule, documentation, and client communications
- Experience in cost-plus and high-change environments preferred
- Proven ability to coach and develop project leaders while driving consistent operating standards across multiple active jobs
