• Provide strong leadership and support to the kitchen team, ensuring excellence in execution

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members

• Partner with restaurant leadership to drive company goals and create memorable guest experiences

• Help manage food costs, labor, and kitchen efficiency

• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations and procedures

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

• Strong culinary knowledge with a focus on consistency and execution

• A passion for training and developing others while fostering teamwork

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve challenges effectively
