Structural Fabrication Welder‑Fitter A day in this role You begin your shift in our Canton, OH manufacturing facility—one of five AmbaFlex plants worldwide and the only one in the U.S., operating since 2010. After reviewing the production schedule, you pull up the latest technical drawings and verify dimensions, often switching between imperial and metric measurements. You set up welding equipment and prepare machines for the day’s build, then move seamlessly between welding techniques to customize parts and assemble frames for our spiral conveyor systems. Throughout the day, you’ll inspect individual components and fully built frames, document findings, and collaborate with teammates to improve products and processes.
