What You’ll Do
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to engage existing members and policyholders
- Deliver scripted and unscripted consultative sales presentations
- Enroll members into supplemental Life & Health insurance products
- Manage inbound call volume and follow up with engaged contacts
- Document all activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline
- Provide a seamless, professional, and caring member experience
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
- 2 years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
- A positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team
- Hourly base pay monthly performance bonuses
- First-year average: $50,000–$60,000
- Top performers: $100,000
