Position Details:

• Core working Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm (Mo-Fr)

Job overview:

This position is responsible for leading digitalization and process transformation initiatives within Finance & Controlling, including coordination with other North America entities and shared service centers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead digitalization, transformation, and accounting-related initiatives to support the achievement of Finances target operating model.
• Develop, drive, and support Finance digital transformation projects, including technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and custom applications.
• Design and implement fit-for-purpose digital solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across Finance functions.
• Analyze and improve existing internal business processes, ensuring scalable implementation across all supported affiliates.
• Maintain and enhance current digitalization initiatives to ensure continued value delivery to the Finance and Accounting teams.
• Responsible to support financial activities including month-end closing, analysis, reconciliation, reporting of general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, including maintaining audit quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, Finance
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the area of Finance and/or Accounting area, data science, data analyst

Ability to question the reasonableness of journal entries, account balances, and the potential impact associated with various accounting activities on the company’s financial statements.
