**Overview:**
Looking for a weekend Barista to join our team at Amazonia Cafe where you will craft and serve delicious beverages to our loyal customers. We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Barista with a passion for coffee and exceptional service.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, energy drinks and other beverages
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in food preparation as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in the coffee industry (1 year minimun)
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
