This leader will work with internal product owners, third-party manufacturers, and third-party service providers to expand service capacity in the device repair space, drive performance in quality of repair and speed of turn around time.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Create and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scaling
- Develop innovative solutions to complex device service challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency
- Lead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain network
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementation
- Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Create and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisions
- Identify and mitigate long-term risks before they become roadblocks

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
