The Sr. Program Manager for Assortment supports Whole Foods Market's multi-year strategy for advancing selection planning capabilities, in close partnership with merchandising, product and category teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Supports execution of multi-year capability roadmap strategy
- Manages implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning
- Delivers quantifiable KPI improvements for assortment planning initiatives (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, assortment productivity)
- Supports development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes
- Supports monthly business review practice for key stakeholders to track performance KPIs

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
