Key job responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Coordination
- Lead coordination of strategic initiatives, OP planning, resourcing, and technology needs
- Develop, monitor, and report on individual and team goals and KPIs for leadership
- Conduct resource planning activities to support operational needs and long-term growth
- Drive annual planning meetings and establish team communication structures
- Lead the creation and delivery of QBRs, MBRs, and Flash updates for senior leadership
- Communicate project status, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders
- Maintain and update business dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee budget planning, monitor expenditures, and manage financial reporting for the leadership team
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency across the team
- Maintain and prioritize task lists, ensuring timely completion of action items and deliverables
- Manage SharePoint sites, wikis, and team documentation to ensure information is accessible and current
- Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business needs
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in ambiguous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard management
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Experience in operational planning (OP1/OP2) and goal-setting frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency at scale
- Experience with SharePoint, wiki platforms, and knowledge management systems
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
