You operate as a trusted advisor to D&C Execution Teams and Regional Leadership, providing strategic guidance on quality frameworks, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Your work directly influences how Amazon delivers construction projects at scale.
Your work is approximately 60% tactical and 40% strategic. You develop program roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, make trade-off decisions, and drive organizational alignment across multiple stakeholder groups. You are expected to influence without authority, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and deliver measurable business outcomes through quality programs.
You bring deep expertise in program management, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. You contribute to team strategy, and represent the QMT in senior leadership forums. This position requires approximately 60% travel within North America to support field quality programs, stakeholder engagement, and program governance. You must be available to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. - Define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and compliance frameworks aligned with Amazon's D&C standards
- Lead quality program governance including audit strategy, inspection protocols, and corrective action frameworks

- Driving improvement cycle from root cause analysis through solution implementation
- Participating in a QMT strategy session to shape the team's long-term roadmap

Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus
- Experience managing complex projects and/or programs within a matrix environment
- 5 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
- PMP
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
