DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own product strategy and drive feature delivery for the New Product Campaigns initiative within Amazon Ads. You will define technical requirements, work backwards from customer needs, and partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, with a focus on driving creative strategy.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of creative components for New Product Campaigns within Amazon Ads
- Work with cross-functional teams across Amazon and internal technical teams to deliver campaign solutions
- Drive creative strategy and optimization for new product advertising initiatives
- Design creative identifiers across all placements within Amazon Ads ecosystem
- Develop and implement creative optimization strategies for New Product Campaigns
- Define technical requirements for creative delivery systems and optimization algorithms
- Partner with creative teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Define product strategy, feature design, and technology approach with limited guidance
- Own product roadmap prioritization for creative campaign components
- Create technical specifications and strategic documentation for creative systems
- Drive product discussions with executives and contribute to operational planning
- Align engineering, creative, marketing, and advertising teams on campaign execution
- Handle complex product development scenarios across multiple Amazon organizations
- Partner with engineering managers on creative platform priorities and delivery dates
- Coordinate with Amazon Ads placement teams on creative identifier implementation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
