The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Design, launch, and scale a structured mentorship program with clear goals, success metrics, and continuous feedback loops
- Build authentic peer-to-peer connections and create safe spaces where sellers share experiences and learn from each other
- Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and communications teams to integrate mentorship into our broader seller community strategy
- Measure program impact through data-driven insights, iterate based on learnings, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
- Develop program frameworks that align with seller needs throughout their journey, from onboarding through growth phases

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- PMP certificate
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
