We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead our Solutions Architecture team supporting strategic customers within the Advertising and Marketing segment. This role combines deep industry expertise with people leadership to drive customer success and business growth for our most strategic accounts in the rapidly evolving advertising and marketing ecosystem.



Key job responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects for key ADMK accounts
- Drive performance management, hiring, and team member career growth
- Provide technical coaching with deep ADMK industry expertise

Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute technical strategy for major ADMK accounts
- Partner with Sales to align solutions with customer objectives
- Build technical relationships with customer executives and decision makers
- Lead complex engagements
- Measure and optimize team effectiveness through defined KPIs

Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Guide digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and AdTech evolution
- Work with AWS Service Teams on feature prioritization and roadmap development
- Support executive briefings and technical deep-dive sessions

Industry Impact & Development
- Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and case studies

Basic Qualifications

- 5 years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- 5 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
