What kinds of products and systems would you build to maximize customer satisfaction? Amazon is seeking a product management leader who is passionate about protecting Customers and can thrive working across a diverse, global team.

The Relay Trust organization in Transportation Technology and Services (TTS) is constantly innovating new ways of building distributed systems running the latest in machine learning algorithms to deliver the next generation of fraud prevention solutions for our Customers. We hold high standards for our solutions and the services we deliver: our systems are highly secure, highly reliable, highly available, all while functioning at massive scale and delivering industry leading precision; our employees are intelligent, passionate about protecting Customers, and fun to work with.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts responsible for defining and delivering products that protect Amazon and our customers from transportation-related fraud, misuse, and abuse worldwide.
- Own the product vision and roadmap for risk detection and prevention, aligning priorities with engineering, science, and business stakeholders against shared goals.
- Define product requirements and success metrics for automation, machine learning, and tooling investments that improve fraud prevention accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Drive data-informed product decisions by leveraging business analysis, risk trends, and customer friction insights to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.

- Partner across engineering and science teams to translate new technologies (ML models, signals, identity verification) into shipped product capabilities.

About the team
Relay Trust is the fraud prevention and risk management product team within Amazon's Transportation Technology and Services (TTS) organization. Our mission is to protect Amazon's middle-mile transportation network, our carrier partners, and ultimately our customers from fraud, misuse, and abuse at global scale. We build products powered by machine learning, real-time signals, and data-driven decision systems that detect and prevent risk across identity verification, cargo integrity, and carrier compliance.

TTS's vision is to reinvent how customers of all sizes move goods, powered by tech, driven by science, and guided by data. Within that mission, Relay Trust operates at the intersection of product innovation and operational protection. Our systems process thousands of decisions per second, integrate signals from GPS, cameras, and device telemetry, and directly influence billions of dollars in transportation
transactions annually.

We are a cross-functional team spanning product management, engineering, applied science, and risk operations across North America and Europe. We value bold invention over incremental improvements, move fast through simple solutions, and believe constraints fuel our best work. You will collaborate with senior leadership with high visibility, and partner across 10 organizations to ship products that make logistics safer and more efficient at planetary scale.
