As a Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon's Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
- Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
- Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
- 3 years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
