Senior Product Manager - Technical, WW Prime - Member Growth - Retention

The Prime Acquisition team is responsible for driving new Prime members WW. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical to drive the Prime member retention strategy on onsite on retail shopping pages WW, and partner with benefit teams like Prime Video and Amazon Music.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a results-oriented PM who is comfortable with technical and business complexity, and is able to earn trust of their numerous stakeholders. This position is responsible for owning and developing a three-year vision, product roadmap, and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires you to closely work with marketing teams, multiple engineering teams, design, and executive teams to drive Prime member retention and churn mitigation on amazon's eCommerce site, and partner with parter orgs like Prime Video and Amazon Music. You will work with marketing teams across the world. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create and drive the strategic vision for WW Prime member growth.

About the team
The team is responsible for Prime member acquisition WW

Basic Qualifications

- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
- MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
