We are seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven PMT to join the Outbound Communications team. We operate the foundational systems that enable Amazon and its subsidiaries to communicate with customers on Whatsapp, Email, SMS, and Push messages. Our mission is to serve as Amazon’s digital companion to guide customer actions and drive long-term engagement with Amazon through communications that are relevant, timely, and indispensable.
Key job responsibilities
As a senior Product Manager, Technical, you will work closely with marketing and business stakeholders, engineers, and scientists to create engaging customer experiences and scalable communications solutions. You will work backwards from customer and business needs, think big about product solutions, and guide the team through delivering results.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
