As a Sr. PCB Layout Engineer, you will participate in the definition and implementation of multiple spacecraft subsystems. You will contribute in all phases of PCB design and production. You must bring a combination of PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and test knowledge to a highly collaborative cross team functional team.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Work with the Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to ensure the design meets all requirements from an electrical performance and mechanical enclosure perspective.
- Create all documentation packages required to fabricate and assemble the PCB/PCBA.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years experience of PCB layout design using industry standard PCB design suites.
- 5 years experience with high speed circuits.
- 5 years experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
- 10 years experience of PCB layout design using industry standard PCB design suites.
- Experience with using Mentor Xpedition
- Experience in developing and design for manufacturing of PCBs deployed in space environments.
- Experience with high current density designs.
- Experience managing 3rd party layout services.
- Knowledge of PCB failure modes and reliability in extreme environments.
- Experience as a technical lead for small teams of PCB design engineers.
- Experience developing IPC class 2 and 3 boards.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional technical teams.
- Ability to participate in schematic and design reviews.
