As a Sr. Account Executive on our Grocery Team you will lead the Mars Petcare business, using your experience selling digital advertising solutions to successfully grow and scale domestic revenues. With your broad and long-standing client-side relationships within Grocery/CPG, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
  • Effectively collaborate and work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business outcomes and results.
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
  • Establish on-site, consistent presence to solidify relationships and overall partnership.
  • Drive deals to closure.
  • Retain and grow revenue.
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quota goals.
  • Deepen expertise about the media and e-commerce industries and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience building customer relationships
  • Experience working in e-commerce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
