Job Summary:
The position is part of the Centralized Technical Recruiting team for Amazon's MIS team involves screening, Interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and supporting the onboarding of new employees with a focus on Sourcing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in recruitment practices and possess strong leadership skills to guide and direct others effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, check references, negotiate offers, and conduct orientation for new employees
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status
- Lead and direct the work of others in the recruitment process
- Utilize technical recruiting techniques to fill roles such as Software Development Engineers, Technical Engineers, Technical Architects, and other niche technical profiles
- Collaborate with the Tech TA team to learn various profiles and recruit for specialized positions
Skills:
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Proficiency in building sourcing strategies and Boolean strings from a sourcing standpoint
- Experience with job boards and ATS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruitment needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience Recruitment or related fields.
