You'll own program delivery from conception to completion, focusing on initiatives that revolutionize our digital and physical processes. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and drive initiatives that improve both digital systems like MES and SAP, as well as physical processes on the production floor, ensuring seamless operations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Manage and prioritize complex program life-cycles across Supply Chain, Engineering, Production Operations, and Quality teams to deliver projects that positively impact stakeholders and customers
- Define new programs, scope objectives, analyze data and drive measurable improvements in digital and physical production floor processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues while driving initiatives for Scrap Reduction, MES and SAP system improvements, and Inventory Management
- Apply relevant tools and mechanisms to drive progress, manage overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, and keep scope under control while meeting timelines
- Partner with stakeholders including operations teams, software developers, and senior leadership to communicate status through regular business reviews and escalate issues appropriately

Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 3 years experience using and troubleshooting ERP Systems
- 3 years experience using and troubleshooting Manufacturing Execution Systems
