You must have proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders, create documentation for senior executives, and align plans with Amazon's strategic objectives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand challenges, identify solutions, and collaborate with Amazon teams on best practices
  • Define, monitor, and report on progress across multiple activities including performance metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, and key milestones

Process Excellence & Change Management

  • Establish governance structures and approval mechanisms to review proposed changes, assess risks/impacts, and make go/no-go decisions

If you're passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation while scaling a rapidly growing business, we encourage you to apply.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive change management frameworks, including standardized processes, tools, and templates for planning, communicating, and reinforcing changes
  • Act as single-threaded leader for intake, approval, implementation, and quantification of best practices within the GP network
  • Facilitate three-year planning and annual planning for the GPO organization, including goal setting and monthly reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
