The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Define product needs across ad systems and models that power sponsored ads
- Surface qualitative and quantitative insights as the voice of the advertisers to shape product direction and ensure product-market fit
- Scale ad product adoption across advertisers, agencies, and tool providers
- Collaborate with and leverage the expertise of analytics, legal, PR, sales, and marketing teams to drive product definition and adoption
Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 4 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Ad Tech Experience
