We're seeking an experienced, impactful Senior IT leader to join our IT Services Leadership team to drive global strategic, transformative service & product initiatives leveraging emerging AL technologies; shaping the future of and delighting how Amazonians receive IT Support for End Use Compute.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Lead development and implementation of IT Service EUC support mechanisms and product strategies, leveraging AI to transform IT Service Delivery; the role requires working closely with IT Support Engineering teams (Virtual and Field), AI and Tooling Technical Product and Engineering Managers, and Program management teams.
- Leadership in the end-to-end service delivery and supporting product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop and maintain service/ product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in transformation and change
- Navigate complex global organizational dynamics
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of future services and products associated for IT Support
- Keep abreast of and access IT Service industry trends, identifying future opportunities for support, product innovation and improvement for IT Support.
- Manage dependencies across teams and drive execution of technical initiatives enhancing IT service delivery effectiveness
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies for service delivery applications, particularly in AI.

- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 10 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
